I inherited the passion for cooking from my grandpa, who was a head chef in Sichuan, a renowned culinary haven in China. This familial connection instilled in me the value of culinary traditions and the importance of using fresh, natural ingredients.

My previous career in global finance provided me with the unique opportunity to experience authentic cuisine from around the world. From elegant restaurants in Tokyo to quaint eateries in the back of the Tuscan Hills, each meal I encountered elevated my palate and deepened my appreciation for diverse culinary arts.

My personal journey with the healing power of natural food has fueled my passion for sharing the benefits of clean cooking. I focus on using unprocessed, wholesome ingredients that nurture both the body and spirit, creating meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious.
